Important Considerations

• Administration: Capsules are usually taken once daily for 21 consecutive days, followed by a 7-day break, as part of a 28-day cycle. It should be taken with food at approximately the same time each day.
• Monitoring: Regular blood tests are necessary before and during treatment to monitor blood cell counts and liver function due to the risk of bone marrow suppression (low white blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets).
• Dietary Restrictions: Avoid consuming grapefruit, starfruit, pomegranates, or their juices while taking this medication, as they can increase the amount of the drug in your blood.
